Price includes all four pieces. For use with 2 1/8" net spindles and smaller. Adds 10" of height to your rail system: to get the right spindle length, take your desired top rail height minus 10". Also available without subrail and/or skirting. If ordering sloped bottom rail, remember to order notched spindles. Port Orford Cedar is highly resistant to decay, is stronger and more dense than all other cedars, and machines to a finer finish. It is the premium exterior millwork wood. Priming Option: premium oil-based primer in flat white applied to allow for immediate installation upon arrival.
